DSCF5507Zia Qureshi has been appointed Chairman of the Australian Chapter of The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

IAOP is a global, membership-driven organisation committed to helping shape the future of outsourcing as a profession and as an industry. It serves the needs of organisations, executives, and professionals through networking, research, professional development, training, certification, and advocacy programs.

Formed in March 2005 in the USA, IAOP is led by Michael F Corbett, Executive Director.

Zia has also been appointed as a member of the Research Committee in the US. The Research Committee sets the research agenda for the association and oversees its development, delivery and dissemination. Topics to be considered include best practices, industry trends, and performance and professional benchmark data, such as pricing, service levels, contracting, operational structures and salaries.
